How Wenna works.

Wenna is a small MCP server over one SQLite file. Each personal agent you connect reads and writes the same notes, and every change is kept.

What agents share

History kept. Answers know their age.

When a fact changes, the agent updates it instead of adding a second one, and the old version stays in history. Every result says how old it is.

Every connected agent gets the same rules: share only concrete facts the user states as true, and never secrets.

  • rememberSave one fact the user stated, with keywords to find it by.
  • updateReplace a memory's content. The old version stays in history.
  • forgetStop a memory appearing in recall and list.
  • recallSearch by words, best matches first. Each result says its age.
  • listPage through what is stored.

Where it runs

  • Personal agents connect by URL

Host Wenna's server at an HTTPS address: Railway, Fly.io, Render, or Cloudflare Tunnel. Requests carry a bearer token.

  • Local apps use the same address

An agent on your own computer connects to the same URL, so everything stays in one place.

  • Yours to take

One instance per person, one SQLite file. One command exports every change, in order, as gzipped JSON.
